WeatherBug has offered RSS feeds for your local weather for sometime now. But one of the most requested extensions to this features was to be able to receive a weather report via ones own email account. Well this wish has now been granted - enter WeatherBug’s WeatherMail.
Along with the day’s forecasts, sent to you inbox and customized to your own specifications, signing up for WeatherMail also means access to others who use WeatherBug’s website resources, right there in your own neighborhood. Seriously, there are more people using WeatherBug than you might think - it was wild to see how many people in my own town are using the community site. Even cooler, was seeing their location via the weather maps via Google’s API. Not to worry though, it only provides name aliases or any address specifics.
