One of the first Wifi games released for the iPhone was 3-D Vector Pong. Like the name says its a 3-D game based on the classic game Pong. We have already seen several updates to the game that fix gameplay issues and some minor bug fixes. Today Gyrcocade announced a big fix for a problem with the game.

The upcoming 1.1.4 fixes a big problem with battery issues when putting the iPhone to sleep while the game is running. With 1.1.4 the game is now put into hibernation when the button is pressed and it saves your battery greatly. The update is still in waiting by Apple but do expect it to go live soon.

Also expect a brand new gameplay feature in an upcoming version, I will give you one hint, its going to be awesome!
