Vay Updated

The classic RPG Vay finally got its first update today. Being the first RPG for the iPhone the game has received mixed reviews because of several key features that are missing and a few annoying bugs in teh game. Update 1.1 brings several new features and a good mix of bug fixes.

New

• Bonus menu for those who’ve completed the game
• In-game and buy/sell menus include brief text descriptions
• Smarter tap detection makes it easier to talk to townspeople(thank God!)
• Townspeople movement can now be enabled/disabled in settings

The most notable bug fix is one that affects the audio during video play back. Personally I am glad they fixed the problem with talking to the NPCs because it was the biggest downfall of the game. It really was frustrating taping on a person a few times for nothing to happen, and then for them to walk away from you and you have to try it again. Also having the item description is a big plus because some items are hit or miss when it comes to guessing what they do.

A Word of Warning!

This update may erase your saved game, so please wait until others have tested this out just to be safe.
