Hmm, a zero tension mouse, eh? Does this mean that it is in fact, going to help me relieve some stress or instead, is this simply a clever marketing ploy?

Ergonomic and odd looking are nearly synonymous terms. If it doesn’t look funny, then it probably isn’t good for you. Input devices are certainly no exception to this rule.
