Generally speaking, I dig Toshiba notebooks. Just so long as you are running at factory spec, what’s not to love? Well this desktop replacement below looks to be a pretty sweet deal for an even sweeter price!

Toshiba is aiming for the budget-friendly desktop-replacement market with its new Satellite A105 notebooks, which won’t likely win any innovation awards, but still pack a nice set of features for a decent price. Starting at $1,050, the A105 series includes a 15.4-inch display, dual-layer DVD burner, 512MB RAM, a 60GBdrive, built-in WiFi and memory card readers. Upgrades include hard drive capacities of up to 120GB and 1GB of RAM. We’d like to see a 17-inch display as an option, but it looks like that’s not in the offing for this series.
