I purchased the ilo technologies 1 gb mp3 player on 01/03/2007. When i attempted to install the software it said that my running system required an updated version of the Easy Start Cd.it directed me to a microsoft url which provided me with not truly useful information. Could you provide me with some support.

Same problem–No solution?

ILO 1GB MP3 Players requires updated software on my Vista, redirects me to microsoft.com page. The page offers no assistance.

So, I have to take back YET ANOTHER UN-VISTA-SUPPORTED accessory.

I am *soooooo* happy Microsoft released an aboviously beta O/S for us suckers to pay big bucks to test for them.
