Saddle Up With The Hard Drive Belt Buckle

Wow, or rather - why? Is this fashion or just a mod gone horribly wrong? You decide…

This DIY belt buckle actually looks quite snazzy. A guy named Arthur had some time on his hands and a dead hard drive, so he used a hacksaw to rip it apart and construct the belt buckle. He also used one paper clip, some channel locks, three small screws, and basswood. Alright, there Macguyver, chill. The result is the hard drive spindle on metal sheeting that looks spectacular at any cowboy-themed bar. Some people have complained about not having an old hard drive to use. Well, may I suggest ripping your old 386 box apart and fishing around in there? You can suffer a 300MB loss I’m sure. [Get the links from Gizmodo]
