Let’s be honest here, Acer has a decent track record. And while I have had more exposure to their monitors than their notebooks, I would definitely consider this particular model based on this review.
Acer’s Aspire 5000 is one of the first notebooks to feature AMD’s new Turion 64 mobile processor. The Aspire 5000 sports a beautiful 15.4-inch widescreen display. At its native WXGA resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the screen is very comfortable to view for hours at a time. This Acer Aspire 5000 was not one of the recall batteries but my question then why does the bottom right side of the computer get so very hot? Is this something I should be concerned about? Thank you.
