Apple on Wednesday released a SuperDrive firmware update to some Power Mac G5 systems (made from June 2004 to late 2004, according to Apple) and eMac systems equipped with SuperDrives and USB 2.0. The upgrade can be downloaded from Apple’s Web site or by using the Software Update system preference pane.
