Now this is one of those ‘if I only had the money’ items if I ever saw one. Take those hurting copies of my the A-Team archived on VHS and move them onto something with a little life left, like DVD for instance. The new DV-HRW35 from Sharp is just the device for such a task.

Right off the bat, I’d like to say that I think that this is a great device for what it is, a DVD recorder/VHS recorder. Personally, I would prefer to own a DVR/DVD recorder combo any day of the week.

That aging collection of VHS tapes is starting to get a little embarrassing, right? You’re probably not going to ever get around to watching all those old episodes of Perfect Strangers you thought were worth taping, but if they really are worth preserving, you better hope that Sharp brings the DV-HRW35, their new combination VCR/120GB digital video recorder/DVD recorder, to the States.
