This goes to prove that it matters not how small a notebook PC is, having multimedia capabilities is still key. The Mobile Pipeline reports that Sharp Systems of America has added the Actius MP30 to the mix.
The 2.8 pound laptop includes a built-in CD-RW/DVD drive, a 10.4-inch display and comes with 512 MB of standard RAM, according to the company. It also has built-in 802.11g wireless network support. It uses a 1.6 GHz Transmeta Efficeon that takes advantage of No Execute virus protection offered in Windows XP Service Pack 2, the company said in a statement.
