In a press release found on PRWeb, NetworkStreaming has released a hardware Gateway of their very own. What makes this so strange to me is that they are primarily software related people, well for the most part anyway.

“Our new Gateway appliance will enable support representatives to log in from anywhere in the world and then remote control virtually any computer worldwide simply by directing the remote user to a link on the support rep’s website,” said NetworkStreaming CEO, Joel Bomgaars.

Nathan McNeill, NetworkStreaming COO, said, “The Gateway offers an incredible level of functionality in a solution that can be deployed just by plugging in a cable. It offers to the enterprise a means of deploying and managing help desk support with minimal infrastructure needs or continuing cost.”
