Flash drives that go zoom! The Verbatim Corp. just announced that they are offering USB thumb drives that would make any geek drool as they are worth their weight in hard drives. Storage capacities to blow ones mind along with blazing transfer speeds, this might just cause me to go on a thumb drive buying frenzy!
Verbatim Corp. announced on Tuesday its new line of Store ‘n’ Go Pro USB flash drives with capacities ranging from 256MB to 2GB and maximum write and read speeds of 14MB and 23MB per second, respectively. They ship with V-Safe Security software for encrypting data and password-protecting the drive as well as a V-Key File Synchronization tool that keeps files up-to-date when moved between devices.
