The Updated MacBook Pro gets Leaked Early, Along With New Details!

We are less than 24 hours away from Apples press conference tomorrow, and pictures of the new MacBooks are STILL leaking out, and they look great!

The latest batch of pictures have made their way onto Engadget.com thanks to an anonymous source going by the handle of Boy Genius. This source also has confirmed that an item has appeared in the store database priced at $899. While many originally believed this product to be a cheaper MacBook, new sources have suggested that is actually a new 24 inch Apple Cinema Display. A bit of a disappointment really…

What interesting to note is the fact that 2 important buttons have disappeared on the MacBook Pro. The power button, which could have easily been moved, along with the MOUSE button. This is sure to get the Windows fanboys up in arms…

It isn’t that hard to believe though. The trackpad is one of the greatest input devices on the market right now, thanks to its multi-touch technology. Clicking is very easy to do even without the mouse button, since all you have to do is tap the pad once or twice (to left or right click, respectively).

The MacBook Pro is also suppose to have not one, but TWO NVIDIA GPUs running in SLI mode.

Aside from the Cinema Display let down, everything looks great, and I’m sure every cannot wait to see what Steve has to say tomorrow!

The leaked picutes of the MacBooks can be found at Engadget HERE.
