It almost looks like a bunch of hr people went in and entered the salaries their companies would like to be paying. I saw one example profile that the guy had an insane amount of certifications but was only making 67k per year.. for that kind of money he would not be able to afford to renew he certifications.. I would say this site is a bit off kilter and should be looked at with a eye of caution.
