Play Old NES Games

I don’t know the first place I saw the ability to play old Nintendo games via the browser, but the idea of doing it all in Java always amazed me. Just think if these guys had the power that our computers have now back then how different the world of video games might be. Out of all the tools I have found Online, vNES might be one of the best.
vNES is a Nintendo Entertainment System emulator programmed in Java, allowing for cross-platform online use in a browser, preferably Mozilla Firefox. To use vNES, you’ll need any computer with 192 MB of RAM and a Pentium 3 (or equivalent). Now I have known about this Web site for some time and I figured it would go down pretty quickly. For some reason though, it has not been forced to shut the doors just yet.
For myself, some of these older games are even better than the ones you have these days. I don’t care about high definition and 3D worlds, I just want to have fun and escape from the real world. From the technical standpoint, this Web site shows you what could be done by some of the bigger companies if they knew what they were doing. I think with the right perks and payment plan, I would be willing to pay for something like this.
