Top 5 Favorite Nintendo Consoles
Gnomie Bruce Vest writes:
Here are what I believe to be the top 5 best Nintendo consoles.
- NES
I don’t know a list of great consoles that doesn’t have this. This is probably the greatest console of all time, next to the Atari, as it introduced us to Link, Zelda, Peach, and many, many more characters. This console had breakthrough 8-bit graphics; converging from the Atari to the NES was a masterpiece in itself, as one going from them saw the detail that was surpassed into it just by a glance, as the find textures in Mario and Zelda showed. There is just too much about this console that has been said already that I could say now, as it is a timeless classic, at the top of everyone’s list. - N64
Lots of great games spawned from this, as well as great series. Such games as Jet Force Gemini, Super Smash Bros., Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, F-Zero X, and the list goes on and on, were introduced on this. While there are crappy games, by now, most of these games are now classics, bad or good. Hidden gems are also found; such is the case with Jet Force Gemini, as it didn’t get much exposure. - Wii
Many will ask why this isn’t number 1. Why isn’t it? It not only hasn’t been out for long, but it is dumbfounded by bad games, and this is coming from a Wii owner. One of the many saving graces of this, though, is the Virtual Console, allowing you to download many classics at a very reasonable price. $10 for Super Mario 64? Damn right, and you can’t find it anywhere else for less than that basically. Other reasons why it rocks: awesome games, free Internet, and much more. The future for this console looks very bright, with games like No More Heroes, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and many more to be out soon. This could easily move up in my list, given the test of time. - SNES
Ah, who can make a top 5 list and forget this monumental console? Such games as ActRaiser, Link to the Past, Super CastleVania IV, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 4, and many more to that, have came and glorified this console. Also, the fact that this console was the best of its time, as it was only warred with Sega’s consoles, which had many, many mediocre games. There are bad games for this, but there are so many good games to combat those bad ones. - GameCube
The main reason why this is only number 5 isn’t because of any bad games or anything, but mostly because of a bad reputation with crappy games, as there are many, many good games on this. Some of the good games that come to mind frequently are Super Smash Bros. Melee, Twilight Princess, Super Mario Sunshine, Luigi’s Mansion, and a plethora of other games. There are many collections as well, 2 Sonic Collections, 1 Mega-Man (to my knowledge), Zelda Collector’s Edition, and many more probably. There are downfalls, though. PN03 has to have the worst GameCube controls ever.
Nintendo Reveals Its Next Engaging Experiences
The Game Developers Conference in San Francisco attracts the top creative minds in the video game industry. With that audience on hand, Nintendo announces news that reinforces its commitment to provide entertaining and enriching experiences for veteran and new gamers alike. WiiWare, Nintendo’s new downloadable game service, launches May 12 and expands development opportunities for developers the same way Wii expanded the world of video game players. Wii Fit, the upcoming title for Wii, launches May 19 and introduces the Wii Balance Board peripheral. And Super Smash Bros. Brawl draws in fans of all kinds.
“We are excited to participate in the Game Developers Conference this year to share with developers and consumers alike our upcoming unique services and products,” said Cammie Dunaway, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “We are hopeful that they will appreciate our offerings of WiiWare, Wii Fit and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which represent a trio that will continue to attract new players to the world of video games.”
At the conference, Nintendo speakers will outline a number of plans for the coming months on their respective panels:
WiiWare: Nintendo’s upcoming WiiWare changes the way both developers create and consumers access video games. Through WiiWare, Nintendo hopes to offer developers a virtual laboratory that serves as a breeding ground for new games, which encourages great ideas that creators always wanted to develop. The combination of low development barriers and unique game experiences found only on Wii should enable developers to try new ideas with lower risk in a quicker, more creative and affordable way.
Meanwhile Wii owners can download a multitude of cool new games from different genres, including some that are unprecedented, which can be purchased from home at a dynamic price range. WiiWare also empowers consumers to determine with their Wii Points which games have the right stuff to become the next big thing.
WiiWare will be a repository for all types of experiences — literally, something for everyone. Early WiiWare games will come from celebrated developers like Square Enix, which is creating FINAL FANTASY CRYSTAL CHRONICLES: My Life as a King, a simulation game for all ages. Also watch for games from up-and-coming developers like Frontier with its fresh, enchanting platform adventure LostWinds and a new episodic game series from Telltale. The first U.S. WiiWare games will be available on May 12.
Wii Fit: Wii Fit demonstrates Nintendo’s commitment to gamers of all kinds. It combines fun and fitness for every member of the family to keep active and play together. Wii Fit launches May 19 in the United States and comes with the weight-and-motion-sensing Wii Balance Board that Nintendo representatives demonstrated could hold great promise for future game development as well. Third-party publishers are already working on new games and applications that will make use of the Wii Balance Board. Additionally, Wii Fit includes access to the Wii Fit Channel, an interactive channel that lets users check in each day to track their fitness progress through weight and BMI. In Japan, Wii Fit has sold more than 1.4 million units since its Dec. 1 launch.
Super Smash Bros. Brawl: This action game launches March 9. With dozens of characters, settings, options and ways to play, it has something for everyone. The game includes characters from all across the Nintendo universe. The previous installment in the franchise went on to become the best-selling game of all time for Nintendo GameCube.
Remember that Wii features parental controls that let adults manage the content their children can access. For more information about this and other Wii features, visit Wii.com.
Nintendo Moves 1 Million Units in One Week - Shatters Records
While sales of Sony’s PlayStation 3 have tripled in North America since the price drop and Black Friday, moving 322,000 units. Nintendo, during the same period, moved over 1 million units - the big N’s best ever week in the US.
George Harrison, the outgoing vice president of corporate communicated at NOA, commented that “As shoppers look for ways to maximize their limited holiday-spending money, they turn to gifts that can be used by the entire family. The Wii and Nintendo DS offer something for every member of the family,” including families that have to compete “with higher gas prices and fuel costs.”
Reggie Fils-Aime commented on the supply shortage that has plagued Nintendo since the Wii was released least year: “At this point, we are literally trying to catch up with demand. People aren’t going to sleep outside of a store overnight or visit a retailer five or six times. It is literally a missed opportunity [to make a sale].” so, in addition to nearly-obscene sales numbers, Nintendo is still suffering from hardware shortages.
In other words: don’t expect to be able to walk into Best Buy on Christmas Eve and expect to pick up a Wii.
(In fact, don’t expect to get one on Amazon.com either: the cheapest Wii is going for over $500, and that’s not even a bundle package; ouch.)

One Hundred Virtual Console Titles On Wii, 4.7 Million Titles Downloaded
Nintendo is giving video game fans a way to access their favorite classic games, all without leaving the comfort of their homes. And gamers have responded en masse as the library of downloadable game classics continues to grow. The upcoming addition of Zelda II – The Adventure of Link on June 4 marks the 100th classic game available on the Wii Shop Channel. And since going online Nov. 19, owners of Nintendo’s hot Wii video game system have downloaded more than 4.7 million classic games from Wii’s Virtual Console, a rate of more than 1,000 games every hour since launch. The top five classic game downloads globally to date, and their original system are:
- Super Mario Bros. (NES)
- Super Mario 64 (N64)
- Mario Kart 64 (N64)
- Super Mario World (SNES)
- The Legend of Zelda (NES)
Wii lets players visit the Wii Shop Channel to redeem Wii Points to download classic video games from the original Nintendo Entertainment System, the Super NES and the Nintendo 64, and the Sega Genesis and TurboGrafx16 consoles. These games are nostalgic totems to veteran gamers, and simultaneously, new, easy-to-play entries for younger players. These games demonstrate Nintendo’s staying power across generations by letting veteran gamers relive their glory days while their children play them for the first time. The addition of Zelda II – The Adventure of Link brings a fourth Legend of Zelda game to the Wii Shop Channel from three classic Nintendo platforms, providing exciting adventures that span the decades. Additional classic games are added to the Wii Shop Channel every Monday.
“With an Internet connection rate reaching 40 percent, Wii owners have more options than ever to find the kinds of games they love to play,” says George Harrison, Nintendo of America’s senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications. “Beyond the Wii Shop Channel, all types of people are getting connected and checking out the information and entertainment options available on the Wii Menu. Whether voting, creating a Mii or just checking the weather, everyone has a favorite channel.“
The Wii Shop Channel is one of the many entertainment and informational channels that are available via the Wii system. Others include the Forecast Channel, the News Channel, the Mii Channel, the Everybody Votes Channel, the Photo Channel and the Internet Channel. Each of these broadens the appeal of Wii to new audiences and draws in consumers who might not otherwise be interested in a video game system.

Prices start at 800 Wii Points for SEGA Genesis titles. Wii Points can be purchased online or at select retailers at an MSRP of $20 for 2,000 points.
“The Wii Shop Channel is a great avenue for gamers who want instant access to classic SEGA Genesis titles,” said Scott A. Steinberg, Vice President of Marketing, SEGA of America, Inc. “Legendary titles such as Streets of Rage, Comic Zone and Bonanza Bros. are a perfect fit for this platform and will be ready for download later this month.”
Q1 2007 Line Up:
- Streets of Rage - This city was once a happy, peaceful, place…until one day, a powerful secret criminal organization took over. This vicious syndicate soon had control of the government and even the police force. The city has become a center of violence and crime where no one is safe. Amid this turmoil, a group of determined young police officers has sworn to clean up the city. Among them are Adam Hunter, Axel Stone, and Blaze Fielding. They decided to put their lives on the line and take back their city through their special hand-to-hand combat abilities. They are willing to risk anything, even their lives, on the Streets of Rage. (1991/ SEGA)
- Bio-Hazard Battle - An army of biogenetic mutants has gone haywire, terrorizing the world and putting the future of the planet in jeopardy. It’s up to you to take on the mutant menace and restore order and harmony to the planet Avaron, before it’s too late! Through eight levels of intense action, you’ll be up against some of the nastiest, most vile creatures you’ve ever seen, things like mega amoebas, nuclear crabs, electroworms, and gut-grabbing insects. You have four different Bioship fightercraft to choose from, each with unique handling capabilities and weapons systems. Your mission will take you through cavernous mineshafts, the ocean floor, and the Biowar Lab, each populated by heinous creatures that only man could have created. Hop into your fightercraft and save Avaron from certain doom. (1992/ SEGA)
- Gain Ground - It’s the 31st Century, and science and technology have progressed to the point that the human race is approaching perfection: no war, no poverty, and no conflict. With nothing to worry about, the human race seems destined to live forever in harmony; but what if Earth came under attack? By this point in time, people did not know how to cope with problems or conflicts, and had completely lost their survival instincts. In response to this, the United Earth Government created the Gain Ground system, a war simulator that would help humans rediscover their lost instincts. After several terrible malfunctions, the creators became prisoners in their own creation. Now it’s up to you and two courageous comrades to go into the Gain Ground system, rescue your fellow humans, and destroy the system. You’ll battle through different periods in history as you revive your survival instincts, while trying to stay alive! (1991/ SEGA)
- Comix Zone - Sketch Turner is an artist in New York City. One day while Sketch is drawing, there is a huge thunderstorm and a bolt of lightning hits Sketch’s image, bringing it to life. That image is Mortus, a megalomaniac mutant who wants to become real and rule the earth. Mortus magically transports Sketch into the pages of his comic book so that he can end his creator’s life and become real. Inside the comic book, Sketch meets General Alissa Cyan, who believes he is a superhero that came to save their post-apocalyptic world from the evil brought by Mortus’ hand. Now that he’s a comic book superhero, Sketch can fight like a one-man mercenary platoon! (1995/ SEGA)
- Bonanza Bros. - Mobo and Robo Bonanza are enjoying their favorite television show when the picture crackles and the shadowy figure of a mysterious stranger appears on screen. This figure asks them to collect certain items that he has placed inside various buildings to test his security force. If they return the items successfully, Mobo and Robo will be rewarded. The two of them agree to get the job done in just three minutes, however, they don’t know yet that each building is packed with security guards who will raise the alarm if they are caught red-handed and a huge reward will be given out if Mobo and Robo are apprehended. Fortunately both Mobo and Robo are equipped with bullets that can knock the guards unconscious for a few seconds. Help the infamous Bonanza Bros. infiltrate a number of different locations ranging from banks to mansions to casinos and don’t get caught! (1991/ SEGA)
The Wii Shop Channel serves as the Wii’s online storefront, where visitors can redeem Wii Points to download games and other items. Users need a high-speed Internet connection to access the Wii Shop Channel. More Virtual Console games will come available every Monday following launch and by year-end. Users buy Wii Points at retail or with a credit card online from the Wii Shop Channel and redeem their Wii Points to download the classic games.

A Look At The Nintendo Wii
On Nov. 19, 2006, Nintendo released the Wii, its fifth home console. The latest Nintendo console managed to garnish quite a bit of fanfare since its release with demand overstepping supply. And despite its graphical inferiority in comparison to its current-gen competitors, the console managed to become the must-have item of the 2006 Holiday season. But does the console really stand out? Is the Wii truly a revolutionary gaming concept?
The Wii’s uniqueness lies in its controller, the Wii Remote (also known as the Wiimote). The Bluetooth controller, which resembles a standard television remote, acts like a pointing device that works in tandem with the Wii’s sensor bar (positioned either over or below your TV set). Your hand movements are then replicated on-screen. The system works surprisingly well. The movements are smooth and precise. The Wiimote and its motion detection is more than just a gimmick, it’s a unique feature that will change the way we play and interact with our video games.
The overall Wii gameplay experience is pretty involving. The new control scheme opens up a lot of possibilities where users can literally be immersed in these vast gaming environments. “Wii Sports” and “The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess” are prime examples of Wii titles that manage to captivate gamers’ attention and make them believe that they’re part of a virtual world.
The Wii also incorporates an innovative menu system that’s divided up in specific channels. The menu is populated by 12 squares, with each of them having the potential of hosting some form of media or channel. Currently, the Wii Menu features six default channels; the Disc Channel, the Mii Channel, the Forecast Channel, the Wii Shop Channel, the Photo Channel and the News Channel. A seventh channel can be added by downloading the free Opera Internet browser (free download only available for a limited time). Each title purchased for the Virtual Console (more on that later) takes up occupancy in an unused space on the menu. Thankfully, the Wii Menu uses a page system that leaves plenty of room for future expansion.
The Nintendo Wii has online functionality, but not in the traditional gaming sense… at least for now. Thanks to the inclusion of 802.11b/g, Wii owners are Wi-Fi ready from the get go. And thankfully, Nintendo offers a service called WiiConnect24 in which users can take advantage of the unit’s Wi-Fi capabilities.
Since there are presently no online multiplayer games available for the Wii, the free WiiConnect24 service compensates by offering two specific online channels, the Forecast Channel and the Internet Channel (which is currently in beta form). A third online-enabled channel, the News Channel, should be opening up shortly (Jan. 27) as it is prominently displayed on the Wii Menu.
The WiiConnect24 service is expected to evolve into a form of social networking where gamers will be able to interact with each other’s game spaces at all times, even when a user’s console is on standby mode. The service will also be used as a means to distribute media such as demos and additional game content. With the eventual addition of multiplayer gaming, the WiiConnect24 service looks extremely promising and will perhaps one day rival Microsoft’s excellent Xbox Live online component.
Gamers can also experience over 25 years of Nintendo gaming through the Wii’s Virtual Console. The Virtual Console offers NES, SNES and N64 games along with SEGA Genesis and TurboGrafx-16. The games are acquired by using Wii Points, which can be purchased on the Wii Shop Channel (100 points equals $1USD). The current prices are; 500 points for 8-bit games (NES), 800 points for 16-bit games (SNES, Genesis and TurboGrafx-16) and 1000 points for 64-bit games (N64). It’s currently unknown whether or not these will be the standard prices for all titles.
Virtual Console games require the use of either a Virtual Console controller or a Nintendo GameCube controller (each sold separately). The 8-bit classics can be played by holding the Wiimote horizontally. The Virtual Console controller mimics the look and feel of the SNES controller thus making it the preferred choice for 16-bit gaming. However, the GameCube controller is better suited for N64 titles thanks to the positioning of the analog thumb-stick. All Virtual Console titles are playable with its designated controller, while most titles are playable using the GameCube controller.
The Nintendo Wii is 100% backwards compatible with GameCube titles as it supports the unit’s 8-cm discs. The console features four GameCube controller ports and two memory card slots.
On the down side, the Wii does not include high-definition (HD) technology. For some reason, Nintendo decided to skip HD for this generation (they’re actually on record saying that it will be included in their next console). The Japanese gaming giant does sell component cables that let gamers experience their Wii console in a non-interlaced 480p resolution, but the only way you can secure these official cables is to purchase them online directly from Nintendo. For many gamers these days, standard definition is not an option. Luckily, Wii owners can get their hands on third-party component cables, but the quality of these said cables can sometimes be less than desirable.
The Wii is enjoying a successful launch with the console selling out everywhere. Early sales estimates indicate that Nintendo’s latest hardware centerpiece has sold over 1.2 million consoles in North America and sitting comfortably in second place behind the Xbox 360 (which, in the same territory, has 4.5 million consoles sold). It will be interesting to see what kind of effect the limited supply will have on the demand in the long run. The big question is whether or not gamers will wait patiently for an eventual Wii purchase.
As proven in the previous gaming generation, there is room in the industry for three consoles. But will third place be good enough for Microsoft, Nintendo or Sony? How dedicated are these media giants to the industry? Time will tell, but for now it seems like Nintendo is poised to make their return to the top!

20 New Games Available On Wii’s Launch Day, 13 More By Year’s End
Sound revolutionized movies, color reinvigorated television, and now Wii transforms video games forever. History’s most interactive home video game system launches Nov. 19 in the Americas with 20 new games that reinvent and reshape the gaming experience. Wii Sports, a collection of five sports games, comes with the system. A total of 33 new Wii games will be available before the end of the year, along with downloadable access to another 30 Virtual Console classics.
Pop-culture authorities already are singling out Wii as a “must-have” gift of the holiday shopping season, and Nintendo is mobilizing to meet the huge demand. At an MSRP of just $249.99, it’s priced affordably, and its focus on fun brings gaming to the masses.
“The most important advance for video games in the last 10 years was the introduction of Super Mario 64, which ushered in the era of true 3-D gaming,” says Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime. “Wii will have the same effect on how players connect to their games, and it is made for everyone. Simply said, games have never felt like this before.”
Wii makes use of a remarkable motion-sensitive controller called the Wii Remote, which resembles a TV remote control. It’s designed to be more inviting and comfortable for non-gamers to use, unlike button-heavy controllers. It contains a speaker, which makes the experience all the more real. The Wii Remote can be swung like a racket in a tennis game or like a sword in an adventure game. One launch-day game, EXCITE TRUCK, will have players using the Wii Remote like a steering wheel. The Wii package comes with a Wii Remote, a Nunchuk controller, an AC adapter, a sensor bar, a Wii AV (standard composite) cable and Wii Sports, a collection of five sports games players can understand how to play instantly, even if they’ve never played a video game.
For longtime gamers, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess delivers an unprecedented experience. It’s the first time a new game from this storied Nintendo franchise has been available on launch day. Early reviews herald this epic adventure as one of the greatest games of all time. Bryn Williams of GameSpy writes that: “Nintendo has once again crafted a video game that will be remembered for years to come. … an instant classic,” while Ryan Jones of GamePro says simply: “Zelda is freaking awesome.”
Third-party publishers have announced strong support for Wii on launch day and beyond. The upcoming torrent of games represents a diverse lineup, with all the classic genres - and more than a few new ones - represented. In addition to the three Nintendo titles, the 17 third-party games available on Nov. 19 include Call of Duty 3, Tony Hawk’s Downhill Jam and Marvel Ultimate Alliance from Activision; Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 from Atari; Trauma Center: Second Opinion from Atlus; Madden NFL ‘07 from Electronic Arts; Rampage: Total Destruction, Happy Feet and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy from Midway; Avatar: The Last Airbender, Cars and SpongeBob SquarePants: The Creature from the Krusty Krab from THQ; Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz from Sega; and GT Pro Series, Monster 4X4 World Circuit, Rayman Raving Rabbids and Red Steel from Ubisoft.
Additional Wii games available during the five weeks after launch include Rapala Tournament Fishing and World Series of Poker: Tournament of Champions from Activision; Chicken Little: Ace in Action from Buena Vista Games; Need for Speed: Carbon from Electronic Arts; Elebits from Konami; The Ant Bully from Midway; Metal Slug Anthology from SNK; Super Swing Golf from Tecmo; Barnyard from THQ; Far Cry: Vengeance, Open Season and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Double Agent from Ubisoft; and Ice Age 2: The Meltdown from Vivendi.
The main Wii Menu interface contains a variety of interactive and informational channels that serve as a convenient gateway to entertainment and information. They appeal to a broad range of consumers and enhance game play. Users can come here to create a Mii caricature of themselves to use in games, to download classic games from the Wii Shop Channel or to develop a photo slide show.
Nintendo is shipping 4 million Wii systems globally through the end of 2006. While shipments will be sent to retailers continuously, Nintendo cautions shoppers to act early because demand is so high. As previously announced, Wii contains built-in parental controls that let adults set the system to play only games of a certain rating and lock their selection with a PIN code.

Nintendo To Ship 4 Million Wii Units By Year’s End
Nintendo is mobilizing the largest worldwide video game console launch in at least a decade with approximately 4 million Wii systems available globally during the six weeks between Wii’s Nov. 19 launch in the Americas and the end of 2006. Although the largest share of that worldwide allotment will go to the Americas Nintendo expects supply will be outpaced by demand based on retailer orders intense consumer requests and placement on numerous “gotta have it” holiday lists.
Nintendo is maximizing all its resources for a rapid replenishment program designed to consistently pump Wii consoles into the supply pipeline and keep retailers’ shelves as filled as possible. In addition Nintendo factories are working around the clock manufacturing the extraordinary new system. Nintendo is employing fleets of planes cargo ships trains and ground vehicles in each global market to maintain the best supply flow possible starting in the Americas.
“Wii is for both experienced and uninitiated gamers and it will be available for the masses” says Nintendo of America President Reggie Fils-Aime. “Because of demand we’re urging shoppers not to get complacent. The level of demand we’re seeing goes beyond the ordinary. Retailers are telling us a significant fraction of customers pre-ordering Wii are nontraditional gamers - people looking for a better way to play. And that’s exactly what Wii is designed to provide.”
A new study by the Consumer Electronics Association estimates a 27 percent spending increase this holiday season on electronic goods and major pop culture authorities already have singled out Wii as the most anticipated item for the holidays. For the first time in history a video game system is on the Toys “R” Us “Fabulous 15″ the creme de la creme of the retailer’s “Hot Toy” list. Wired made Wii an editors’ pick in the technology magazine’s annual Test issue. And Toy Wishes magazine also includes Wii on its “Hot Dozen” list of must-have holiday toys an industry bellwether of popular demand.
And the widespread demand for Wii creates great stories too: At a Denver retailer event two sisters one in her 20s the other in her 30s waited all night to be the first in line to place pre-orders - for themselves. The forums in Wii’s online community at MySpace are buzzing with posts from once and future gamers male and female in their teens to their 50s.
The unmatched Wii console makes use of a new control system: The Wii Remote can act like anything from a steering wheel to a tennis racket or a sword. Wii’s Virtual Console lets users download and play games from a library of classic titles from the past. Wii goes on sale in the Americas Nov. 19 at an MSRP of $249.99 and comes packed with a five-sport selection of games called Wii Sports. Outstanding first-party games available on launch day include The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and EXCITE TRUCK. A total of 62 new and classic games will be available for Wii during the five weeks after launch. The American launch is followed by the Dec. 2 Japanese launch and the Dec. 8 European launch.

Introducing… Wii
As in “we.”
While the code-name “Revolution” expressed our direction, Wii represents the answer.
Wii will break down that wall that separates video game players from everybody else.
Wii will put people more in touch with their games… and each other. But you’re probably asking: What does the name mean?
Wii sounds like “we,” which emphasizes this console is for everyone.
Wii can easily be remembered by people around the world, no matter what language they speak. No confusion. No need to abbreviate. Just Wii.
Wii has a distinctive “ii” spelling that symbolizes both the unique controllers and the image of people gathering to play.
And Wii, as a name and a console, brings something revolutionary to the world of video games that sets it apart from the crowd.
So that’s Wii. But now Nintendo needs you.
Because, it’s really not about you or me.
It’s about Wii.
And together, Wii will change everything.
