Today’s game is Super Fat Man. What, you ask, is super about THIS fat man? Well. THIS fat man can fly.

Hopefully that is super enough, because beyond his levitating abilities his superness experiences a significant drop. Holding the left mouse button will make your super stout hero rise, while releasing it will let gravity take hold and he’ll drop like a brick. Your job is to keep Super Fat Man airborne. While other superheroes patrol cities in search of evildoing to thwart, Super Fat Man is on the lookout for something to eat. Apparently his girth hasn’t reached superheroic proportions. Fried food is his heart’s desire and it’s also what floats inexplicably along the way as your chubby hero glides over the city.

See how much food you can collect. The more food you collect, the heavier the super-butterball becomes. Which means that he’ll drop faster as he becomes heavier. If he drops too fast, or hits a building, Super Fat Man will meet a dramatic end.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen this kind of game. But for some reason playing as Super Fat Man gives this game the fresh feel of something new.

The ability to stuff husky proportions into colored tights isn’t super - it’s disturbing. Super disturbing. Nevertheless, it’s less disturbing than a flying fat man streaming smoke.
