This year, the GC Developer Conference (GCDC) will be supported by the premiere North American PR agency for interactive entertainment, Kohnke Communications. Under the agreement, Kohnke Communications will be responsible for media relations across North America, Great Britain and the Scandinavian Countries. Due to this support by the US agency, the GCDC, Europe’s largest Game Developer Conference, will gain more exposure to the North American media. Kohnke Communications is characterized by its headquarters in San Francisco, the mecca of the game industry, and by its long standing experience in the game industry sector with top companies including Electronic Arts, Mythic Entertainment, NamcoBandai Games, Vivendi Universal Games, and others.

Erica Kohnke Kain, CEO and founder of Kohnke Communications, and Sean Kauppinen, Vice President of the agency, are both accomplished game industry veterans and have a strong affinity to Germany and the GCDC, and have been supporters of the conference since its inception.

Once again top game developers, publishers, and scientists from all over the world are expected to discuss the latest trends in game development, business and computer science at this year’s conference.
