Is it possible? Could playing sports games on your TV actually benefit your gaming performance on the field? According to what I am seeing in the article below, it would seem like a distinct possibility.

The high school quarterback steps to the line facing a third and eight and surveys what the defense is throwing at him. Nothing looks good, but something looks familiar.
