EDISON, N.J., September 19, 2005 – Leveraging the success and popularity of its BloodRayne franchise, Majesco Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: COOL), today announced several new licensing agreements: Ripple Junction will be releasing a branded apparel line and United Cutlery will be introducing a limited edition set of collectible blades, modeled after those worn by BloodRayne in the game.

In June 2004, Majesco announced it had licensed the BloodRayne movie rights to Boll KG and Brightlight Pictures. Due out in early 2006, the movie stars Oscar Award-Winning Actor Sir Ben Kingsley who plays BloodRayne’s father Kagan, and Kristanna Loken, best known for her role opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger in T3: Rise of the Machines , as Rayne.
