Retro game collections are apparently en vogue. Just when you thought it was safe to buy The Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess, Namco is proud to bring to you Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary.

The game has official gone gold, and is slated to be released later this year on the PC, Playstation 2, Xbox, GameCube, and Game Boy Advance.

Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary is chock full of surprises. The console and PC version includes 14 of the biggest Namco arcade hits including Bosconian, Dragon Spirit, Dig Dug, Pac-Man, Mr. Pac-Man, Galaga, Galagiax, Mappy, Pole Position, Pole Position II, Rolling Thunder, Rally X, Sky Kid, and Xevious. In addition to those games, the console and PC versions also include a soundtrack including music from Dexy’s Midnight Runners, Loverboy, and Fine Young Cannicals.
