Rockstar’s Bully being Bullied?

With the Hot Coffee not as hot as it has been, Rockstar just had to find something else to put it back in the spotlight, but the company might start to grow wary of its free publicity as a game it hasn’t even released yet is starting to become the target of public banter.
Washington, D.C.-based youth group, Peaceoholics – protested outside of Rockstar Game’s New York offices over their upcoming game titled Bully, which Rockstar described as a game where a “troublesome schoolboy” who “stands up to bullies, gets picked on by teachers, plays pranks on malicious kids, wins or loses the girl, and ultimately learns to navigate the obstacles of the fictitious reform school.”
Although Peaceoholics has accused Rockstar of marketing violent video games towards children, their protests were specifically aimed at the new game (which will almost certainly receive an M rating). Of course, given Rockstar Games’ history, this will probably not be the last game to receive unwanted attention.
