SEGA has announced that it is holding a public beta for the PC version of Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst.
You can head over to PSOBB.com to download the client. The first month is free, but costs $8.99 per month after that. Also, player data from the open beta will be saved once the game goes live on June 9th.
Funnily enough, SEGA describes Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst as “a network-based RPG featuring real-time action and communication between players over the internet.” In other words, it’s an MMORPG. Don’t you love public relations?
