Ubisoft has released a single player demo of its latest stealth action title Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. The hefty 558MB demo contains the Lighthouse scenario. Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory will be available on store shelves on March 29 for the GameCube, PC, PlayStation 2 and Xbox. The demo can be downloaded from: FileRush, FileShack and WorthPlaying.
