The folks at RPG Vault have published a preview of SEGA’s upcoming PS2 action RPG Shining Tears. Shinning Tears is the latest offering in SEGA’s popular Shining Force series, which debuted on the Genesis in the early nineties. The game is expected to ship on March 22.
