Atari Flashback Game Console

Man, I used to spend hours and hours playing Space Invaders as a child. Heck, I even figured out a hack when I was only 8 years old that allowed me get ten times the normal number of lives! For me, Atari is much more than some outdated game console. I think of it as an institution.

Want to relive the magic? Well if you are not a fan of those cheap little joysticks that you can buy that come pre-loaded with a set number of games, perhaps the feel of this newly styled console will be more your liking instead.

Many of us cherish the memory of playing Atari games in the 1980s; recreate that time with the tiny Atari Flashback Game Console (3 by 2 by 4.5 inches, HWD). Installation is simple; just connect the cables to your TV and you’re ready to play 15 games from the 2600 and five from the 7800. Our favorites include Asteroids, Centipede, and the brand-new Saboteur. You need to reset the console between games, so you have to get up and down constantly. Still, Atari proves that you don’t need the best graphics and sound to have fun.
