The forthcoming title Stubbs The Zombie (from developer Wideload Games) will contain a soundtrack featuring a plethura of indie music favourites. The list so far includes Ben Kweller, The Raveonettes, Death Cab For Cutie, Rogue Wave, Cake, The Walkmen, The Dandy Warhols, Oranger, The Flaming Lips, Clem Snide, Rose Hill Drive, Milton Mapes, and Phantom Planet (who are contributing a brand new, original song). Since Grand Theft Auto: Vice City opened the doors, games seem to have been taking a liking to the idea of featuring licensed music throughout the game. Stubbs The Zombie is set to hit shelves this summer for the XBox, PC, and as strange as it may sound, the Mac.
