LucasArts’ Future Of The Star Wars Franchise

While the movies are coming to an end, the game franchise will most certainly live on. It has been my experience that Star Wars games either suck or rock, depending on what the game play is like.

With Episode 3 coming out here soon, the halls of Lucas Arts must just be ‘abuzz’ with activity since there is obviously going to be a line of games to cater to Star Wars lovers out there.

In an article printed last week in the Hollywood Reporter, LucasArts president Jim Ward fielded questions regarding the company’s upcoming title Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith.

In the Q&A, Ward speaks on the challenges of successfully leveraging intellectual property, the recent successes the gaming company has seen in the last few years, and the work that’s currently underway for the company’s upcoming title:
