Evil Genius Ships

Sierra Entertainment has just released a press release, bringing news that Evil Genius is now being shipped to the stores.

I’ve already played the demo for Evil Genius and I’m quite excited to play the full thing. While I’m not the best at strategy games - arguably I may just be the worst - I am certainly in the mood to get a little evil. The 70’s spy flick styling and catchy soundtrack also help to get me into the suitably evil mindset. If you haven’t already, I strongly suggested downloading the demo and giving it a shot. It’s not very long but it’s definitely pretty cool.

Ever since Tie Fighter, I’ve been a big fan of the anti-hero movement in video games. GTA, Thief, Hitman, Dungeon Keeper, Legacy of Kain, etc, they all have a certain flair, a certain… evil. And I love it. So, while I may not be able to be an evil genius in real life (or at least I can’t blow my cover quite yet) I can certainly get my evil on in games like Evil Genius.
