Rockstar has just released a new trailer for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on the official game Website. This new trailer sports some exciting footage of the upcoming game, giving us a glimpse at the kind of mayhem we have all grown to love and expect from the GTA series.

Playing Grand Theft Auto 3 on a friend’s Playstation 2 is what convinced me to buy a PS2 in the first place. I remember the first time I played the game. I was completely blown away. When GTA: Vice City came out, I had it preordered and for good reason, it was an instant hit. I LOVE riding around on a crotch rocket, listening to 80’s music, popping wheelies and watching the blur of neon lights fly by. Heck, I even bought the Vice City sound track. I still listen to Espantoso all the time, when driving to work in the morning.

I’m very eager to see if San Andreas is going to offer as much fun and atmosphere as Vice City. While it certainly looks like it will, it’s always tough to tell from trailers. However, if their previous work is any indication, San Andreas should be pretty wicked.
