It does not seem like it has been even ten years since I was sitting on the floor in front of the television playing Street Fighter II. This year though, Street Fighter celebrates its fifteenth birthday. To help all who love and care for the franchise, Capcom is releasing a special Street Fighter Anniversary Edittion on August 31, 2004.

At its core, this new Street Fighter will include two games. Hyper Street Fighter II will allow the gamer to mix and match charecters to battle between all five of the Street Fighter II games. Street Fighter III: Third Strike will be an import of the sucessful Japanese arcade game not seen before in the United States.

Along with the two games, expect to see many other special features packed onto the game disc as well.
