Back in 1999, an Intellivision compilation called Intellivision Lives! was released for the PC. Earlier this year, XBox and PS2 owners were treated to a budget-priced, slightly less comprehensive version. Now, it’s the Gamecube’s turn. Intellivision Lives! will be released this fall for the ‘Cube, and will contain more than sixty games from the original Intellivision game console, packed into a cute little pizza parlour motif. It will retail, much like its XBox and PS2 counterparts, for $19.99 US, and will be rated “E” for Everyone. The roster of games includes “Shark! Shark!”, “Night Stalker”, “Astrosmash”, and the aptly-titled “Baseball” (which I believe is some sort of sports title). The disc will also feature some never-before-released titles, as well as special features like interviews with game creators, and the original commercials for the games themselves.
