I was reading an article about Michael Vick( The Atlanta QB thats sentenced to 23 months of jail time. There is no doubt in my mind that Vick is a great quarterback, as he even made the cover of a Madden game a few years ago, but with a team bringing in a person with such media spotlight, comes alot of negatives.

An interesting part of the whole thing, is that a larger market team, that is hurting, might be the best place for Vick to be. A small market team, would tear him apart with media questions and over every little action. Kinda like T.O. When he was with the Eagles, vs the Cowboys. Vick will be 30 years when he is out of jail and ready to play. Will the NFL keep him suspended? Probably not. Vick has already lost an estimated 140 million dollars from this whole deal. Perhaps the NFL will feel that he has severed his time and let him move on.

The odds of Atlanta wanting Vick back? Not in my eyes. I really think that I could see Vick playing for the 49′ers or a team that has not had great success lately, but isn’t that small market team, such as Green Bay. Even with Brett Farve likely retiring pretty soon, He doesn’t have that feel that would make him fit in Green Bay.
