All Abrahamic religion (Islam, Christianity and Judaism) include the story of the great flood and Noah’s Ark. Some of them believe that the Noah’s Ark is now in its resting place in Mount Ararat, Turkey. Only God knows if it is true.
Greenpeace, an environmental organization founded in Vancouver, Canada and its activists has build a replica of the great ark in order to aware the people of the world especially the leaders of the Group of Eight (G8) so that they can make a move regarding the issue of global warming.
Even after the completion of the replica of Noah’s Ark, the G8 summit in Heiligendamm, Germany met a dead end. It would be a success if Angela Merkel (the German chancellor and also the President of the G8 for 2007) ignores what White House administration thinks. After rejecting the Kyoto Protocol, now United States of America is saying ‘no’ to another step to a greener world.
The great leaders can’t make the change, then it is up to you!
