There are times when you start to peel a hard boiled egg and you find that parts of the egg are sticking to the shell. What you have then is a frustrating process of trying to save as much of the egg as possible, while creating a mess. There is a way to prevent this sticking problem.
When starting the cooking process, add two tablespoons of vinegar to the water. Some people also add a pinch of salt. This will turn the shell removal into a ’smooth’ process and prevent food from being thrown away.
As a reminder, if you want perfect hard boiled eggs, you need some ice…

OK, yes that is part of it but one of the biggest mistakes people make is, they call it Hardboiled eggs but you really don’t boil this leave over cooked eggs. The following procedure is the way is should be done.
First put the eggs in the water then bring it to a boil and turn it off while covered. Leave it alone for about 20 min. and then put them in ICE cold water. You will end up have the perfectly cooked eggs. Companies that make hardboiled eggs don’t boil there eggs they actually steam them and then cool and machine peel them but you can use this way to do the perfect hard boiled eggs yourself.
