Tracking Memory Usage

There are many ways that computer users track memory usage. It is, for example, a good way to make sure that a program is working as it should. Monitoring the memory usage is a way to ‘know’ how the computer works and perhaps have an early indicator that something is wrong.
One small program to monitor memory use is Memuse. It is freeware and take up very little of the resources. It gives the needed information in a clear, clean manner:

The program listed as good for Windows up to and including XP. - Perhaps there are other ways/applications that you monitor memory usage. Thanks for letting us know in the comment section.

I use SysTrayMeter, it’s great : both CPU and memory usage in a little SysTray icon, nothing more. I love it, and it’s only uses 800K!
