It seems that for-hire killers advertise online, in Mexico. The offered services presents itself in a mainstream fashion:
“Mexican police are investigating a number of classified ads on the internet which purport to be from hitmen offering the services.
The ads can be found alongside ones for private tuition or domestic help.”

There are reports that one can advertise if such a service is needed. It’s just a bit of local tone to the internet, where people meet people. No indication whether there is an internet volume discount…
