The Zac Browser: A Browser for Autistic Children

Zackary Villeneuve has a very cool grandfather. His grandfather made him a browser. And, of course, it is called the ‘Zac browser’:

“John LeSieur is in the software business, so he took particular interest when computers seemed mostly useless to his 6-year-old grandson, Zackary. The boy has autism, and the whirlwind of options presented by PCs so confounded him that he threw the mouse in frustration.”

In the process, Mr LeSieur must have learned much about autism. His efforts to help his grandson has a wide range of application for those with autism and other communication challenges. Best of all, the Zak Browser is free. Kudos to Mr LeSieur; his love for Zackary and his tackling Zackary’s computer problem will benefit so many people.
