Rick Astley, Rickrolled and An Internet Phenomenon

Until this morning, I had no idea what being “Rickrolled” was. I didn’t know who Rick Astley was (or is). It is a YouTube / internet phenomenon:
“Have you been “Rickrolled?” If not, you could be at any moment. It’s not painful — unless you find 1980s pop icons painful (and some do). If you get an email from a friend or a chat request in your instant messaging client that says “Hey, this is cool — check it out!” then you could be well on your way to a Rickroll…”

So, in the Lockergnome tradition of bring you the latest, here’s a trip back to the ‘eighties’…

Now, I know who Rick Astley is. Internet fame is sometimes very very odd.

At last a Brit rocks America - 20 years later - better late than never.
Way to go Rick, even Robbie WIlliams has struggled to achieve this.
