Apple Patches QuickTime

Apple has patched again. This time the focus was on the flaws in QuickTime:
“Apple Inc. patched QuickTime late Wednesday to fix 11 flaws in the Mac and Windows versions of the media player. All but two of the bugs could be used by hackers to hijack users’ machines.”

Some of the security help sites are seeing an increase in traffic. The wait to have your problem addressed may be days. It is much simpler to patch and be protected.
