For the British Government, Loyalty Is One-Way

It is shameful. The British government must search for its conscience because it seems to have been lost:
“A soldier from the Commonwealth who served more than four years in the British Army, including two tours in Iraq, has been told he can’t become a British citizen because he applied on the wrong date.”

Rogers Jean-Baptiste has served. He deserves citizenship. He has earned it; and he has earned it far more than the petty bureaucrats who make such inane decisions.

This Government amaze me with their stupid red tape and rules.
This guy has offered the highest price for the country, in that he offered to lay his life down on behalf of his paymasters and what thanks does he get - sod all!
This is not the first time this bunch of misfits have kicked war heroes in the face just look at what they are doing to the Gurkhas
