For the British Government, Loyalty Is One-Way
It is shameful. The British government must search for its conscience because it seems to have been lost:
“A soldier from the Commonwealth who served more than four years in the British Army, including two tours in Iraq, has been told he can’t become a British citizen because he applied on the wrong date.”

Rogers Jean-Baptiste has served. He deserves citizenship. He has earned it; and he has earned it far more than the petty bureaucrats who make such inane decisions.
