Free Vista SP1 Support from Microsoft

There have been reported Vista Service Pack (SP1) problems. Microsoft is responding with free support:

“March 24, 2008 (Computerworld) Microsoft Corp. is offering free support to any Windows Vista user experiencing problems with installing Service Pack 1 (SP1), according to a company spokesman.”

In the article, Gregg Keizer noted that Microsoft has introduced this SP1 free support in a very quiet manner. Perhaps you can tell your friends and family. Microsoft might be surprised at the number of people who need a bit of help with Vista SP1.
