Sony Backs Down on Fee - Quickly

It did not take Sony long to realize that it was making an error with its ‘bloatware’ fee. It seems that Sony has had a sudden policy change:
“Responding to a tidal wave of outrage, Sony has reversed a plan to charge $50 to remove all the pre-installed applications — often derided as “bloatware” or “craplets” — from its high-end TZ-series notebooks.”

Wonder how much they made before changing their mind.
They say there is no such thing as bad publicity and if thats the case Sony win again.
