Punxsutawney Phil Does Groundhog Day

Forget about the weather sites and weather channel for today. It’s Punxsutawney Phil’s big day: Groundhog Day. If Phil cannot see his shadow, he ends his hibernation. If he can see his shadow, Phil is gone. Then it will be ‘back to bed’ for Phil. Seeing his shadow tells Phil that there will be six more weeks of cold winter.
This year, Phil may need a good shovel just to reach ground level.

He certainly is a better prognosticator about the weather than Dr. Phil is about weight loss. So much for higher education.
