In places like the United Kingdom, the clock will be turned back one hour on Sunday, October 28, 2007 - at 2:00 AM. However, if you are on the North American continent, you have to wait until November 4, 2007:
“Don’t reach for those alarm clocks just yet — you have one more week to go before the end of daylight saving time.”

It may be federal law but it may cause some confusion if you are doing any international business. The time differences will be off by an hour - for a week. Remember to check your time clock programs.

Going back to standard time causes a rise in electricity consumption. So its bad for the environment.
