How low can a government agency go? - It seems that the much maligned Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is plummeting to new lows:
“WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The main U.S. disaster-response agency apologized on Friday for having its employees pose as reporters in a news briefing on California’s wildfires that no journalists attended.”

Did someone at FEMA think that the reporters on this major news story would not notice? It is audacious and it is stupefying.
