A small feature on Windows Vista deserves praise. The Snipping Tool makes it easy to capture screen shots or parts of the screen in a very easy manner:
“You can use Snipping Tool to capture a screen shot, or snip, of any object on your screen, and then annotate, save, or share the image…”
