Oops! Six Nuclear Warheads Over the United States

One would think that there are numerous checks and rechecking when it comes to nuclear armament. Yet, in the ‘friendly skies’ of the United States, six nuclear warheads were allowed to fly:
“WASHINGTON - A B-52 bomber was mistakenly armed with six nuclear warheads and flown for more than three hours across several states last week, prompting an Air Force investigation and the firing of one commander, Pentagon officials said Wednesday.”

A flight path from North Dakota to Louisiana covers many states. The Pentagon has lost track of 190,000 weapons lately. It might be a good idea to keep a close watch on the nuclear weapons…
